These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Arizona Crystal Clear (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the use of our website.

By scheduling services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

​

Arizona Crystal Clear provides residential and commercial window cleaning and related services in Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding areas.

Services are limited to those specifically agreed upon at the time of scheduling.

2. Estimates & Pricing

​

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.

Final pricing may change due to:

  • Additional windows not disclosed

  • Height or ladder access requirements

  • Condition of windows

  • Hard water staining

  • Screen removal difficulty

  • Obstructions or unsafe access

  • Additional services requested onsite

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ from initial representation.

3. Payment Terms

​

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service for non-payment

  • Charge late fees on unpaid balances

  • Pursue collections for unpaid invoices

Customer agrees to pay all collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, if applicable.

4. Access & Property Conditions

Customer is responsible for:

  • Providing clear and safe access to all service areas

  • Removing fragile or valuable items near windows

  • Securing pets

  • Informing us of known hazards or defects

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by unsafe or inaccessible areas.

5. Pre-Existing Conditions & Window Defects

Arizona Crystal Clear is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing cracks or stress fractures

  • Faulty window seals

  • Oxidized or brittle frames

  • Loose grids or trim

  • Improper installation

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Water intrusion due to failed seals

  • Paint overspray, construction debris, or razor-sensitive glass

Cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage that was not visible prior to service.

6. Hard Water & Restoration Work

Hard water removal, stain removal, or restoration services may carry additional risk depending on glass condition.

We are not responsible for:

  • Glass distortion

  • Permanent staining

  • Surface etching

  • Results limited by prior damage

All restoration work is performed at customer’s acknowledgment of inherent risk.

7. Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to:

  • Rain

  • High winds

  • Extreme heat

  • Lightning

  • Unsafe working conditions

We reserve the right to postpone service for safety reasons.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

​

We strive for 100% satisfaction.

Customer must notify us within 48 hours of service completion for any concerns.

Failure to notify within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of completed work.

Our obligation is limited to re-cleaning the affected area. No refunds will be issued once services are performed.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Arizona Crystal Clear’s total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of business

  • Property value changes

10. Indemnification

​

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Arizona Crystal Clear from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Unsafe property conditions

  • Undisclosed hazards

  • Failure to secure pets

  • Structural defects

​

11. Cancellations

​

We request reasonable notice for cancellations.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

12. SMS & Communication Consent

​

By submitting your phone number through our website, you consent to receive:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Service reminders

  • Quote communications

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Website Use

​

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website

  • Copy content without permission

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

All website content is the property of Arizona Crystal Clear.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
